Posture correction, rather self correction– Take that first step towards healing. 

Slow down degeneration that comes with aging.

Your posture mirrors these choices and behaviors. During practice, you observe how your body has responded and adjusted to your lifestyle choices. With yoga, you can learn what aligns best with your body, and by simply observing and correcting posture, you can alleviate over 50% of bodily discomfort. Taking charge of relieving pain and discomfort empowers you to experience self-healing.

Yoga strengthens vital physiological systems responsible for growth and balance. At the same time, regular practice of yoga restores life force balance, deepening your connection to the flow of prana and energy channels within the body. Learn about the body and the mind, identify the areas of stiffness and mental patterns. Free yourself from what holds you back.

Muscles and tendons harbor subconscious memories, including trauma and mental patterns (the samskaras), often stiffening or tightening over time, compressing nerves, joints, or organs and affecting their function. Practicing the asanas regularly releases the stiffness and creates space in the whole body, including the mind. Some find calmness, others experience love and peace afterward, all as a result of tension release, fostering an open, free-breathing body that embraces each moment anew, unburdened by past memories.

Once you walk on your spiritual journey, you recognize your patterns and mechanisms you use to deal with different situations. You then learn to address them through mental acceptance, physical movement, or peaceful meditations, and no longer feel tied to them.

The virtual yoga classes are led by Shifali, a passionate and dedicated yoga instructor currently based in Goa, India. She is a senior yoga teacher bringing years of experience and a genuine commitment to guiding practitioners on their yoga journey.

 

Her yoga classes and therapy sessions are designed to help you connect with your body and breath mindfully. Practice with her from anywhere, at your own pace and on any digital device. 

 

If you're in Goa, India, you are welcome to join her for a practice session in person. Even upon returning home, many of her clients continue to practice, enjoying the convenience of the virtual classes from anywhere in the world.

 

With a compassionate and nurturing teaching style, she has created a supportive environment where her co-practitioners feel empowered to explore their connection with yoga, overcome challenges, and embrace their inner light.
